Our Story

Crema opened in 2009 at 2862 Larimer St, back when that stretch of Larimer looked nothing like today’s RiNo. Noah Price opened the doors, and the block filled in around them.

We’ve never roasted our own coffee, on purpose. From day one the model has been multi roaster: coffee sourced from 22+ roasters, local and national, so the bar always has somewhere new to go.

Around 2012, the kitchen grew into the other half of the story: a from scratch food program that made Crema known for food as much as coffee. Everything is made in house, except for the greens.
